The Meadow will host a Spring Solstice with flower crown making workshop from 5-8 p.m! Seed bombs to help usher in Spring and native flowers will also be available. Tickets & pricing available soon via @the.meadow.hbg on Instagram.
Pine Street Presbyterian is getting into the spirit of the season! Toe-tapping Celtic music will be provided by Tom and Susan Rowe, beginning at 7 p.m., free of charge. Art by Jane McCutcheon, Bob McCutcheon, John Alwine and John Hertzler, Estelle Hartranft, Evan Wilson and a handcrafted quilt made by many women of Pine Street will also be featured from 6-8:30 p.m.
Modern Rugs will host an artist reception from 6-8 p.m. featuring the work of three local artists: The Huckle Buckle Boys, a collaborative art partnership featuring the work of Zack Rudy and Garrick Dorsett; Charlie Feathers AKA Bootleg/Speedee Outlier, a self-taught sculptor, painter, and multi-faceted artist; and Reina Ercilia Aguilar Wooden, AKA Reina 76, a Harrisburg-born self-taught conceptual artist.
